Ensure these steps are completed to finalize your onboarding journey with us

Step 1

Offer Letter

Please review and sign your offer letter, which has been emailed to your personal inbox via Adobe Sign. If you don’t see it right away, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.

Start your background check electronically, an email will come from Universal Background Screening.

Get familiar with your job duties and responsibilities, be prepared with any questions for your department leader and/or trainer.

Step 2

One Point

Log into One Point with the credentials sent to your email from noreply@onehcm.com. It will instruct you to change your password. Please write these credentials down. It will take you approximately 10 minutes to complete your onboarding checklist.

Key points:

  • Review the directions and information on each page carefully to ensure the accuracy of the information you enter
  • Update the following: Legal Name as listed on your social security card, address, date of birth, Social Security #, emergency contact, direct deposit information, referral source, etc.

Step 3

Enroll in Benefits

To get started, please log in to the OnePoint payroll and benefits portal and click “My Benefits > New Employee Enrollment to review our available plans and select your benefits. You will need Social Security Numbers (SSN) and Dates of Birth (DOB) for any beneficiaries and dependents. To add beneficiaries and dependents to your account, click My Information > My HR Actions > Available > Add/Update My Contacts.

After Day 1, you will be able to sign into your Fidelity 401(k) Retirement Savings Account. If you have not yet created an account, you will need to do so by clicking on Register as a New User with account number 83495.

Onboarding Agenda

Get familiar with your onboarding agenda. You will spend the first 2 days (Monday & Tuesday) with the HR Team, the remainder of the week will be spent with your department trainer.
