Health Insurance Benefits

Benefits for new hires will become effective on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.

Company-Paid Benefits Include:

• Long Term Disability Insurance
• $25,000 Life Insurance Policy
• Employer Paid HSA Contributions starting at $600 annually for Employees up to $1,450 for Family coverage
• Employee only HSA medical plan for $25/month

Voluntary Benefits include:

• Medical, Dental, Vision, Short Term Disability, Additional Life Insurance, Critical Illness, Accident, Hospital Indemnity & Pet Insurance.
